1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, hashed password (we never store plain passwords).
• Profile data: professional history, rates, skills, company details you choose to provide.
• Screening data: resumes, case studies, interview audio transcripts and AI evaluation reports.
• Transaction data: mandates, applications, timesheets, invoices and payout records.
• Security data: login timestamps, IP addresses and an audit trail of sensitive actions.

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: matching, screening, contracting, billing and payouts; to secure accounts; and to meet legal obligations. Screening interviews are processed by AI providers (Google Gemini for written assessment, OpenAI for live voice interviews) solely to produce the evaluation; audio is streamed to the provider during the interview and the transcript is retained by Fractionly.

3. Who sees what

• Your approved evaluation report is visible to Clients considering you — never before human approval.
• Clients see Leader profiles and application materials; Leaders see mandate and company details.
• Interview transcripts and screening internals are visible only to you-facing outcomes and to Fractionly’s review panel.
• We never sell personal data.

4. Processors

Razorpay (payments), Google (AI assessment), OpenAI (voice interviews), and our hosting providers — each bound to process data only to deliver their service.

5. Retention and your rights

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for legal and financial compliance. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at [email protected]; financial records are retained as law requires.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id; sessions use short-lived rotating tokens with theft detection; sensitive actions are audit-logged; access is role-restricted throughout.
